Pearce Environment Ltd is an independent, family run ecological/ wildlife consultancy based in Shropshire, established in 2004 by Tris and George Pearce. George was widely regarded as having been one of the foremost experts in badger ecology and mitigation, and one of the first wildlife consultants, who started working with badger licensing in 1991. 

We are at the forefront of badger surveying, licensing and mitigation often being commisioned for the more difficult badger related jobs. Tris being a class licence holder and level 1 and 2 badger trainer. 

Our friendly and professional team are committed to providing honest, expert advice and solutions. We are fortunate to work with a large client base which spans numerous sectors, from local wildlife trusts, local authorities and private landowners, planning consultants and large construction companies.

In recent years Tris has developed a training programme and is classed as an expert witness for badger related cases.
